At ReRoute, our mission is to reduce recidivism by simplifying access to opportunity. We exist to connect justice-impacted
individuals with trusted reentry organizations, workforce programs, and fair-chance employers - creating structured,
lasting pathways to stability, confidence, and meaningful community contribution.
We recognize that the transition from incarceration to freedom is more than a legal release - it's a personal rebuilding
process that requires clarity, coordination, and real support. Through centralized access to skill development programs,
mental health resources, mentorship networks, and employment opportunities, we empower individuals not just to reenter
society - but to lead in it.

Meet the Founders
ReRoute is led by a focused founding team combining product, brand, and operational execution. We are partnering with reentry organizations to build the coordination layer that reentry has long lacked. We design with dignity, operate with intention, and measure success by whether opportunity becomes easier to access, not harder to navigate.
Our Story
ReRoute began with a simple belief: people returning from incarceration deserve more than judgment, they deserve a clear path forward. In Philadelphia and beyond, support exists - but it is often scattered across disconnected programs, websites, and systems. We are building ReRoute in close collaboration with community partners to organize that landscape and make opportunity easier to access.
We are early in the journey, and we are serious about building it the right way. With each pilot, each partnership, and each user who finds clarity through the platform, we are laying the foundation for a trusted pathway to dignity, stability, and long-term opportunity.
Current Status
Where we are right now
ReRoute is currently in an onboarding and pilot phase. We're working closely with early users and reentry organizations to refine the experience, strengthen trust safeguards, and ensure the platform creates real clarity in a complex system.
This phase allows us to build responsibly — before scaling partnerships and employer access.
